How can I pay for my order?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days if you’re in a major city. If you’re in a more remote area, it might take up to 5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery is free when you spend R1,000 or more. If your order is under that, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on where you live.

Yes. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link by email. You can also log into your account at any time to see the latest update.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging. Returns do not cover accidental damage, water damage, physical wear and tear, or any issues caused by misuse.

To request a return, simply email us at info@communic8.co.za with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the process. Our goal is always to make returns as smooth and fair as possible.

Yes. Every product we sell includes a minimum 1-year warranty. Some items come with 2 years of cover, and in some cases, you can extend the warranty directly with the brand. The warranty details for each product are listed on its page.
